Executive Membership at Panhandle Diesel and Automotive
Care Beyond Repair
Executive Membership is our free thank-you to the people behind our fleet clients and select local businesses. If your employer is one of our fleet clients, your personal vehicles get VIP treatment here — at no cost to you. It's one more way we live our tagline: Care Beyond Repair. Ask your employer, or call 308-641-5345 to find out if your company qualifies.
What Members Get
Priority scheduling, so you jump the line. Free drop-off and pick-up. Free loaner vehicles, subject to availability. Savings on oil changes. Free digital inspections with photos at every visit. And our 3-year/36,000-mile warranty on all work. All free, because your employer trusts us with their fleet.
How to Join
Enrollment runs through your employer. If your company is one of our fleet clients, ask them about Executive Membership — or call us at 308-641-5345 and we'll check for you. If your company isn't a fleet client yet, that's an easy fix too: have them see our fleet services page. The membership is our gift to their whole team.
Executive Membership FAQ
Is Executive Membership really free?
Yes — it's our thank-you to the teams behind our fleet clients and select local business partners. Enrollment runs through your employer.
Does it cover diesel vehicles?
Yes. Executive members with diesel pickups get the same perks as everyone else.
What does the loaner benefit include?
Free loaner vehicles while yours is in for service, subject to availability — reserve when you book and we'll do our best to have keys waiting.
My employer isn't a fleet client. Can I still join?
Executive Membership comes through fleet client employers — so ask them to call us about a fleet account. The setup is quick, and the membership covers their whole team.
